At SMAI Philippines, we provide nationwide and local delivery options for customer orders. Please review the following information before completing your purchase.
Nationwide Shipping
Nationwide orders may be shipped through LBC, J&T Express, or another suitable courier, depending on the destination, package size, courier availability, and applicable shipping rates.
Shipping fees are not included in the product price or initial payment unless specifically stated otherwise.
After the customer has placed and paid for an order, SMAI Philippines will prepare the available items and determine the applicable shipping cost based on the final package size, weight, destination, and available courier.
The customer will then be informed of the shipping charge. The shipping fee must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
Local Delivery
For local deliveries within Cebu and other serviceable nearby areas, we may use Lalamove, Maxim, or another available local delivery service.
Local delivery charges are shouldered by the customer and are based on the rate quoted by the delivery service at the time the delivery is arranged.
The applicable delivery fee must be paid before the order is released for delivery.
How Shipping Works
- The customer places and pays for the products through the SMAI Philippines website.
- SMAI Philippines confirms and prepares the available items for shipment.
- We determine the appropriate courier and applicable shipping or delivery charge.
- The customer is informed of the additional shipping charge and provided with payment instructions.
- Once the shipping charge has been paid in full, the order is released for delivery.
- Tracking or delivery information will be provided when available.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Products identified as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order are subject to their applicable availability, procurement, or replenishment period.
Courier delivery time begins only after the product becomes available and is ready for dispatch. Any estimated Pre-Order or Made-to-Order lead time is separate from the courier’s actual delivery time.
If an order contains both on-hand and Made-to-Order items, SMAI Philippines may hold the order for shipment together unless separate delivery arrangements are requested. Additional shipping charges may apply to separate shipments.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location, courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SMAI Philippines.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Courier Delays
Once an order has been properly turned over to the courier, actual transportation and delivery are handled by the selected delivery provider.
SMAI Philippines will provide available tracking information and will reasonably assist customers with courier-related concerns. However, delays caused by the courier, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the expected delivery date.
Customer Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, and contact number when placing an order.
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive an order, address changes after dispatch, or requested redelivery may be charged to the customer.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to SMAI Philippines because it was unclaimed, refused, or could not be delivered due to incorrect customer information, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return and redelivery charges.
The order will not be resent until the necessary shipping charges have been paid.
Important Shipping Notice
All shipping and delivery charges are shouldered by the customer and are separate from the product purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders will not be dispatched until the product payment and the applicable shipping or delivery charge have been paid in full.
